Adri’s Gingerbread is an award-winning family business located on The Central Coast of NSW manufacturing European Style Gingerbreads that are lovingly hand crafted and hand iced with royal icing.

With European heritage, our Gingerbread is the real thing. We use only the finest ingredients, including10 different organic spices to create an authentic flavour. At Adri’s Gingerbread we make each Gingerbread by hand using carefully selected ingredients, wherever possible from local suppliers. Over 98% of our ingredients are produced in Australia and many of our suppliers are small family owned Australian businesses.

You will find our gingerbreads in David Jones Stores (under their private labelling) as well as many cafes, coffee  shops and specialty food stores around Australia. And you can get them delivered to your door as well.
