Our started was in 2007 with flour, water and wood fired oven.
La fiamma utilises the same age old techniques that Napolitan and Sicilian masters use to create a truly authentic pizza ๐
The worldโs finest San Marzano tomatoes, fresh Mozzarella and Top Secret SOURDOUGH form the foundation of the pizza but the true craft is in mastering the wood fired oven at a blistering of 400 degrees.
The way we handle our pizza makes it unique amongst others.
Our sourdough ( in Italian called lievito madre) was born in 2007. We have been the first to bring it to the central coast and since then every day, we refresh it with fresh flour and sterilised water.
