Stay Home

You’re not an immune anomaly that is higher or above anyone. This is not a conspiracy for the government to control us nor is it all fake news and the more people who get it the more immune we’ll be. Just stay away from people – its not hard. being alone can be the most powerful growth tool for your personality and confidence you can get. Scared of being alone ? Sometimes the greatest rewards are from things that scare you the most. Practise meditation, clean your house, have an online virtual party, pick up the phone and talk to someone you haven’t had time for , read a book, get creative and make some weird shit that the internet will make someone laugh…

Check On Thy Neighbour

I don’t mean go door knocking with freshly baked cupcakes  (although under normal circumstances you would be my hero). I mean wash your hands and pop a note with your phone number on it and offer to go and pick up anything they need or to call just for a chat. This especially needed for our older generation who are isolated and defiantly independent. Mental health will be the hidden killer in this epidemic mark my words – so a reaching out might just go a long way.
